When I started Martin Management, I searched for a healthcare-specific networking group that fostered trust, collaboration, and meaningful relationships across the industry. I couldn’t find what I needed, so I created it.

In June 2024, the Healthcare Networking Collective (HNC) was launched with just six passionate members. Since then, it’s been growing steadily, helping healthcare professionals:

Why the Healthcare Networking
Collective Was Created

Networking didn’t always come naturally to me. In 2014, I joined my first networking group to grow our dental office. Initially, the results were slow—just one new patient in the first year. But everything changed when a member’s testimonial sparked a ripple effect that ultimately brought millions to our practice.

This experience taught me the immense value of building genuine connections and leveraging word-of-mouth to grow a business.
