Jessica has been tremendous to work with! My first day at Allen Dental was a bit unusual in that there was no former front desk staff to train me in. I had never worked in the dental industry so had no idea how to operate programs like Dentrix or an appointment schedule. I'm SOOOO grateful that Jessica was here to help get our office through the day, schedule Dentrix training sessions for me, and put out fires left and right.
She was amazing and taught me so much within just the first 3 days of working at a dental office. Jessica is fantastic at multi-tasking and is a fun person to be with! I got to take part in a Front office efficiencies for your dental practice training. It was a small group of ladies and I loved every second. I learned a lot and can’t wait to see what ideas I can help come alive in my daily position and with my team.
We all bounced ideas off each-other and got to compare the ways we do things in each of our offices. The cool thing was each of our practices are different in many ways but all had great ideas to give to each other. Sometimes just getting knowledge from fellow offices really helps. We enjoyed a lot of laughs as well.
Every day is a new day to learn and grow. Don’t settle keep pushing for what you deserve.

When I first considered hiring Martin Management I was not certain that I needed to invest in those services and thought that I could handle it on my own and/or with my other team members. I came to the realization after attempting that rationalization that I should stick to the things I am good at—fixing teeth—and hire out for the things I am maybe not so good at or don’t have time for. I can see why dentists think they can multi-task and handle it all because we juggle so much in any given day. But if you take a step back and hire experts like Jessica and let her do her thing I believe that a dentist would realize the investment paid for itself and was well worth it.
Once I made the decision to hire Jessica at Martin Management, I did feel a sense of relief that now a burden was off my shoulders and I had the professional guidance I needed from her to help me through a difficult front desk team transition. Another mind and set of eyes looking at my problems and helping to find solutions and systems to get my team back on track was much needed and appreciated.
