Front Office Efficiencies Program
This program includes in-person or virtual professional guidance from Jessica Martin, founder of Martin Management. During her time with your office, Jessica will observe current processes and patient interactions to determine what is working well and what can be optimized. Each system of running the front office is analyzed which helps the front office team to get processes in order for the most effective and efficient practice management. It also allows the doctor(s) to understand the systems in place should there be turnover and new training would need to occur.
